Sprockets have a significant influence on the efficiency and service life of the entire drive. Our high-quality sprockets are made of steel or grey cast iron EN-GJL-200 (old GG-20) according to DIN 8187 or ISO 606 and are available pre-drilled or un-drilled for cylindrical bores.

Sprockets transmit the torque positively. This makes it possible to transmit comparatively large torques without slippage. With sprockets of different sizes, reductions of up to 1:7 can be realised.

The sprockets are equipped with a single-sided hub as standard and are suitable for use on single, double or triple chains. On request, the sprockets can also be designed with a finish bore, groove and set screw at short notice. In addition, various special finishes can also be offered.
