Bolt-on hubs for taper bushes

Our tapered bolt-on hubs made of grey cast iron offer an inexpensive way of mounting rotating parts such as fans, fan wheels and other devices quickly and easily on a shaft. They are mainly used where welding cannot or must not be used.

The two types, SM and BF, with their different sizes, offer a wide range of variations of different diameters for use in many typical applications. The components to be mounted can be mounted on the right as well as on the left side of the bolt-on hubs via a centring device.

The bolt-on hubs are prepared for the installation of commercially available taper bushes.

The taper bush system offers a simple, cost-effective and flexible variant of the shaft-hub connection. Due to the internationally standardised sizes of the taper bushings, changes to the bore diameters can be implemented easily and quickly from stock.
