CAST IRON MOTOR SLIDE RAILS

Our motor tensioning rails according to DIN 42923 and the weight-optimised version of the tensioning rails according to the factory standard (light version) made of grey cast iron are robust tensioning elements for belt drives.

They provide the ideal basis for setting the optimum pretension of V-belt and toothed belt drives.

The frequently used motor tensioning unit according to DIN 42923, often also referred to as IEC tensioning rail, is characterised by its robust design.

The motor tensioning rail according to the factory standard was developed as a cost-effective, weight-reduced variant.

Both versions combine the vibration-inhibiting properties of grey cast iron. This effectively reduces noise or vibrations.

The clamping fixtures are supplied as standard including motor fastening and clamping screws.
