Eye type bearing DIN 504

The eye bearings according to DIN 504 are robust grease-lubricated plain bearings made of high-quality grey cast iron. The pillow block bearings according to DIN 504 are designed with a 2-hole fastening in the base.

The bearings are available with plain bearing bushes according to DIN 8221 (form A) or without plain bearing bush (form B). Our available standard bushings are made of gunmetal (RG7). However, other bearing bushes, e.g. with solid lubricants, can also be used.

Depending on the operating conditions, the pillow block bearings can be used up to sliding speeds of approx. 1.5 m/s. The lubrications for plain bearings withstand different temperature ranges. Commercially available lubricating greases can be used at temperatures of the plain bearing up to approx. 110°C. With solid lubricants, however, temperatures up to approx. 450°C are also possible.
