Toothed belt pulleys for taper bush and cylindrical bore

Our high-quality timing belt pulleys are manufactured according to ISO 13050, DIN/ISO 5294 or ISO 17396 from steel, grey cast iron EN-GJL-200 (old GG-20) or aluminium and are available for cylindrical bores and for taper clamping bushes.

The taper bush system offers a simple, cost-effective and flexible variant of the shaft-hub connection. Due to the internationally standardised sizes of the taper bushings, changes to the bore diameters can be implemented easily and quickly from stock.

The toothed belt pulleys transmit the torque positively. This makes it possible to transmit comparatively large torques - even at high speeds - without slippage. Reductions of up to 1:8 can be realised with toothed pulleys of different sizes.
