Specially developed and optimised high-performance V-belt pulley for heavy duty drives. Our design capabilities and calculations result in optimum solutions.

In combination with the design and high-quality cast material EN-GJS-500-7 (GGG-50), a weight reduction of up to 50% compared to comparable pulleys in the performance class is possible.

The patented design of the FEM-bionically optimised arm structure favours an optimal stress distribution of the acting forces within the V-belt pulley. Furthermore, this special design offers application possibilities independent of the direction of rotation.

With our design and calculation options, we offer individual application-optimised solutions according to customer specifications.
